Hi everyone well all I want to say is im glad I made the decision to change my life around in 360 degrees just over a year ago I was at 367lbs my highest was 425lbs thats when a reality check hit me even though I didnt have any health issues other than being overweight. I was able to drop to 355 and was going back n forth up to 395 down to 370. Finally over a year ago decided I finally had to change and do something different which I did from changing eating habits again to ways I exercised. Its a hard rough n tough journey but me staying motivated having a strong mind kept me going along with the best group of friends whom I work out with just awesome.     Keep going and dont look back even when those who try and shut you down (youd be surprised who does that) just let it go and keep pushing have a strong mind set

    Just keep working hard even when you feel your at a pause it will come like I told someone else here keep a strong mind set leave the negativity out and stay focused on that goal its rough but as you start to see your hard work pay off you will smile and say I got this
