We're everyone's chosen healthy family here! Glad you found MFP!

You can post pics from your computer an iPhone.

Can you share what kind of support would be most helpful to you now? Or has been in the past?

Ah kk! This can be done here in the main forums but I hear folks finding deep, meaningful community connections with groups as well as through friending. The more you post, the more you'll find folks willing to connect!

BTW, the above link should have read "post pics from your computer OR an iPhone."

Welcome! You might enjoy the Larger Losers group -- it's aimed at those starting with 75 lbs or more to lose, and is a really friendly, helpful group: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/133315-larger-losers

I lurk there, although I rarely post. I started back in 2014 with 90-100 to lose and lost 95 over a bit more than a year. Regained some during covid, and would like to get to my original 100 lb down goal, so have decided to get back to logging.

This site is great for when cravings hit. Just reading how other people are feeling and knowing you aren't alone in your struggles helps me a lot. I have been cutting down sugary foods for the past few days as I start on my journey back to better health and to lose more weight and I have logged in several times a day! The stories are amazing and so are the people. Welcome to MFP!

When I’m having trouble staying on track, I visit the Success Stories threads.

I find the individual stories to be very motivating, and some of the threads like NSV (non scale victories) are funny, endearing, and really relatable. That’s my favorite thread here and I “save up” reading it til I really hit a low and need it as a therapeutic read.
