2021....52 Pounds in 52 Weeks Challenge
Replies

Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in day out.
52 weeks till 2022 🎉
A pound a week seems reasonable I need to quit losing the same pounds over and over. If you are tired of starting over, STOP giving up.

Here we go again. Third attempt at this challenge. The fact is, 52 pounds is an unrealistic goal for me. However, the idea of losing a pound a week until I get to my goal of 30 pounds lost intrigues me. So. I’m hanging with you guys to reach my goal. In theory, that should be 30 weeks??????
Today, Jan 1, 2021, we have all been gifted with actual 2020 hindsight. Using my hindsight, I predict it may take longer than 30 days to lose 30 pounds. However, I will stay with this group for all of 2021 to hear success stories, gain advice, and benefit from the positive encouragement this group has provided for the last two years. Bring it 2021!

Happy New Year! Last year was the first time I had committed myself to getting back what I had lost from Hypothyroidism, Motherhood, Depression, and Cancer. While my weight loss was not as successful as I had wished, I am proud of my efforts and the things I have learned about myself this past year. It is time to take those lessons and become truly accountable and commit to losing1 pound a week in 2021!
