    No, thank you. Suffering is pretty much going to insure I quit, especially diet wise.

    I enjoy my foods and I enjoy my exercise. Why make something hard when there is no reason to?!?

    Sorry to disagree you, buddy, but I disagree, on the basis of what the other lovely ladies said.

    However, you indicated earlier you were a former pro boxer. I would imagine you guys have a whole different mindset than a pleb like me. You probably have to!

    Whatever works for you.

    I would maybe rephrase it a little bit:

    “Suffering and overcoming is the true test of life”.

    I'd rather learn from the experience of others and not go through the suffering if at all possible.

    The ability to suffer, but more importantly to continue on with whatever - is a test though.
    Of life in general? eh....

    Now to some lifting - which won't involve what I'd consider suffering, but it will be hard and I'll have to press on when body says enough, to make sure it really was.
