Hi all

I'm 30 and live in the UK. I lost five stone a few years back but the last year I've piled two of those back on and got into some bad habits again

Starting to feel really uncomfortable in myself, so here we are!!

Feel free to add me. Would love the support and motivation and would love to boost anyone else should they need it

To add people, click on their username, that will bring up their User Info, click on the name again and then you can request friend. In the app it'll take you to their profile and then tap on the right hand icon with the 2 head and shoulders.
