Thought I would post my journey so far! Picture to the left oct 2019... 7 months postpartum and only walking for exercise and not eating well (chocolate and cake hello!). In April 2020 I started to look after me, began couch to 5km and started logging my food. By July 2020 I started mixing body weight exercises with my running and kept logging everything, even the bad days! After a 2 weeks of not logging over Christmas and new year I have had a mental refresh. Exercise has restarted this week and next week I'll start logging again 👍😊 picture on the right taken yesterday. Around 45lbs between the two photos! Slow and steady wins the race!
