Hello! I'm Christy but I go by pinky! This is my second time going through the process of trying to lose a lot of weight! Im new to this my fitness pal, I was a member of the old app back years ago when I lost 400lbs!!! At my heaviest I weighed 797lbs in 2006 then I got down to 220lbs in 2015 and I ended up tearing both my knees and gaining back a lot of the weight I lost! Anyways, I'm determined this time to lose it and keep it off! Im also looking for peeps to join the journey with me! We can help each other be accountable! Just like with anything else, it's one day away a time!

I am just starting my second go around as well! I went from 380lbs to 215lbs in 2016 using MFP but have steadily put it back on ever since and now with COVID and working from home I have exceeded even that start weight I am currently sitting at 432lbs and want to at least get back to the healthier and active 215lbs I got to before! Looking for daily accountability partners if you're interested Pinky! I am starting slowly with just counting calories (not macros or anything yet) and hoping to add exercise in the next week or so when I get my elliptical moved around to where I can actually use it!
My first goal is getting out of the 400's!0 -
Welcome back, Pinky! I just wanted to drop in and say how impressive you are fir losing the weight the first time around! That is certainly no easy accomplishment and you made it happen. I have no doubt in my mind that you will reach your weight loss goals with that kind of willpower and determination this second time around. You got this!0
