Hello, I'm new for the most part. But definitely not new to the weight loss and fitness game. I've been meaning to get back to my old ways and start a new journey once again and get my healthy body and healthy habits back. Since I gained all the weight back and have been unhappy with myself. No harm trying this again. I just need motivation :)

    Thank you. First I'd like to change my eating habits and understand the right foods to put in my body I guess. Then the rest will follow. Fitness etc.
