Just keep doing the right things. Stick to your calorie limit and exercise as often as possible (even lightly, walking etc.).

I was unwell on the 7th and was unable to eat much food, hence the jump between the 7th and the 8th, was expecting the scale to up today I was able to eat a normal amount on the 8th and thus would have more food still inside me digesting, so was pleasantly surprised to see another dip in the figures.1 -
