Hey y'all! Just downloaded this app! Since 2020, I ate way too much junk food and had way too much beer and gained 25lbs, getting to be my heaviest ever. I'm usually pretty thin at 120lbs. I'm 28, a mother of 3. I've recently seen pictures of myself not taken by me and an absolutely disgusted with how I look now. So I'm here to get moving again and start eating healthy again with the right guidelines! Really going to be taking this thing by the horns! Starting tomorrow, after my healthy store trip this evening lol. Definetly looking for some new friends in all of this so let's get healthy together! Add me 😊

Welcome to MFP.
Be sure to go to the “goals” page and enter your height, weight, activity level, and goal weight to create a calorie goal.
It’s very simple- eat less than the suggested calorie goal to lose, earn a few calories back with exercise- pleasant but not necessary.
