running on treadmill-vs-fast walking on incline

I am 12 weeks pregnant and I have been wondering which one is more beneficial for my situation?

any opinions?

  Probably safer to walk on incline than jogging with a pregnant belly. Maybe it is best to consult your doctor on this.
