Today's challenge is: Arm curls
Let's see if we can do 200 of them, 100 per arm
You can use anything you want as weights.
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

and done. I used 8lb weights.
made it to 80, took a break, did another 60 took a break and then finished the rest off.
Great idea. Will be looking forward to more challenges.0 -

Done and dusted. I only have 0.5kg weights way to easy, did first few with one in each hand and then switched to 1kg one arm at a time still did only just felt it. Need to buy larger weights. Can anyone recommend what weight to use. 5kg? as a starting point.0

I used 10lb weights and completed 240. Whew:bigsmile:0

10 lb weights.... first 100 i did in 5 sets of 20 and only took 35 min... so i went a little further and did another set of 20 and 4 more sets of 10 for a total of 160. My arms quit after that. And that was each arm0
