    Have you entered your weight, height, activity level, and goal weight to set a calorie goal per day?

    Can you do something to increase steps? Simply walking is a great exercise and weight loss tool. There are many here that will tell you they started at similar numbers of steps and added a bit, slowly, until they reached 10,000 steps or several miles a day.
