I got a "good job" from a trainer!!!

OK this is a victory for me because I've never been good at sports and my teachers have never or very rarely praised me.
I just finished my first spin class and the trainer said I did a good job! I know she probably says that to everyone who finishes their first time but it still boosted my confidence!

    That's great! I felt the same way after my first zumba class with a different instructor this week. She said I caught on fast & did a great job, although I know I'm still awful! :) but it definitely feels good to get some recognition for working our butts off!

    I say good job because I couldn't finish a spin class due to numbness in my left foot ( I have sciatica down left leg). Accomplishment is everything!

    I love spin class ... and it aint easy!!!

    I remember my first class.. I thought I was going to die.... and yes the praise helps everyone.... I have an awsesome spin
    instructor and she keeps me motivated ....
