Can still do a 36" box jump after turning 57!

B day today and every year I attempt to do at least a 36" standing box jump. And can still easily do it (once I'm warmed up). Ah another year with great function and decent ability.ka1xbevbbn0a.png

    Oh shut it....(snark from a 57 y.o with health issues that kept me from being able to even walk for over 2 years)

    That's great! I did it (a huge achievement) for my 60th. I should never have stopped that portion of my workout because here I am 5 years later and still trying to get back there. Goals :)

    I never heard of box jumps til recently. I can see myself breaking bones. Nope. Ain’t gonna happen. Unless a six inch one counts and even then it’s probably iffy.

    Great job! Every active day is another “win”.
