    1000 calories is not enough for your height & weight, especially if you are exercising. Add a couple hundred more calories but weigh or measure everything except salad greens. Walk more, shoot for 50 to 60 minutes several times a week. IF you do all of that and still don't drop at least a pound a week, then consult your doctor about a thyroid check.
