Hey, my name is Becky and I'm just starting out with this app in hopes of eating healthier this year. I want to pay attention to what I'm eating and make sure I'm getting the nutrients I've been missing with my incredibly crap diet the past few years. I've had some medical issues send me for a rollercoaster with my weight and eating habits and I want to get back on track. Hoping I can be the healthiest version of me.

    Welcome to MFP! You can be the healthiest version of you, but have to not "hope" and just do it. You can do this!

    The best thing to do is create a plan, with goals. Then you have something to work towards.

    The forums here are excellent- akin to an education in nutrition and body function. Read and absorb.

    If this is something you really want to do, it’s attainable if you’re willing to put the effort in.

    We were all in the same numb state of “how the heck do I start”? So, having been there and learned the ropes, feel free to use us. How can we help you formulate a do-able plan to get started?
