Anyone eating Huel?
Really tired of food right now, and super excited about Huel.
Any success stories with losing weight true Huel?
Looking for more friends to keep myself motivated

Imagine a synthetic product that can give your body all the essential nutrients it needs to survive, is easy to prepare, affordable, and has a low environmental impact. While it might sound too good to be true, this is what Huel, a vegan powdered meal replacement product, claims it is -
Doesnt sound too good to be true to me - It might be really nutritious, who knows - but I like food far too much to want to live on a powdered extract.7 -

I've been on Huel for 4 month - love it.
Helping with weight loss and SO easy to feed myself and to count calories and have proper nutrition.
Also huge and unexpected benefits with lower blood pressure.
Gotta say - helps a lot that I hate eating in the morning(skipping breakfast was giving me problems) and am irritated at having to stop what I'm doing to prepare and eat lunch so ideal for a "not food obsessive" like me.1 -
Think of this objectively. Are you on this program to lose weight? If so, what happens when you reach goal? Because chances are once you do, you get off the program right? Then it's likely you'll regain some weight. Then go back to that program or another to lose weight AGAIN. If you DON'T intend to stay on a program like that for LIFE, then it shouldn't be the program you're doing. When I take clients on, I don't have them diet. I have them count the calories they consume from daily food they eat. That's how you control your weight anyway.

Over my lifespan, science has "discovered" many essential and beneficial nutrients. So many! (I'm old.) Until the "discovery", those things aren't in meal replacement drinks/bars/etc. They've been in food all along.
I think it's unlikely that the discoveries are finished. I'm gonna stick with food, as a bet-hedge. Besides, I like it a lot, personally. YMMV.4 -

Plenty of easy real foods you can have for lunch that take next to no preparation time - certainly less time than making a meal replacement shake.
