just wanted to introduce myself I'm trying my best to stay fit during this covid time when going outside is limited. Does anyone have any food or exercise suggestions?

    MFPers have nothing if not for our food and exercise suggestions.

    What kind of food (or way of eating) are you currently thinking will be healthier for you AND that you can eat over the long-term?

    When it comes to exercise? What are you currently able to do AND what equipment (if any) do you have access to?

    Alot of people here eat foods they normally would eat but use the calorie counting to keep their portions in check and make sure they are sticking to their calorie goal. There are tons of great recipes and eating style ideas on the recipe board if you are looking for some inspiration.

    For exercise there are lots of youtube channels you can follow depending on what you like: yoga, zumba, there are walk at home aerobics videos. Really the options are pretty endless. If you want a good equipment free option check out "you are your own gym".
