    I was just thinking mine might be a little ambitious... lol! I don't want to "fail" right out of the gate so I might lower mine. Thoughts?

    Sorry I'm late getting in my goal. My daughter just had surgery on her eye and I've kinda been out of it. Won't happen again! My ideal goal is to loose 10lbs. That may be pushing it but I'm determined to do it! Keep me on track guys! Kick my butt if I start slacking!!!!:noway:

    Halloween Challenge Goals:

    Lady Friday - Lose 16 lbs, 8 cups water pd, exercise 6 dpw, keep calories under 1200 pd.
    Goofy -
    Pam - Lose 10 lbs by Halloween, 15 cups of water a day, exercise 6 days a week, twice a day...maintain a 1600-1800 calorie range

    Update to my calorie range..as per the personal trainers at the gym I need to be consuming at least 2100 calories a day for the amount of exercise I am doing. Plus I am training for my first 5K on the end of the month. Hopefully this works!

  • Hi, I am a thirty something mommy. Would love to join your group and your next challenge. I'm on the home stretch and struggling with the last 20lbs. I need some encouragment (pushing) and support. I stopped logging for several months and just started back again 2 weeks ago. I religiously workout 5 days a week and do weight training 2 of those five. But have not lost any weight in several months.

    I'll post a link to the new thread on Sunday night so you early birds can get your numbers logged first thing Monday morning.

    If anyone has been paying attention the answer is YES I do keep changing my goal. LOL! But I'm set now that I figured out how to change my start weight. I wasn't giving that 3 lb loss up without a fight. I do love how the counter rounds up! Hopefully by Monday I will still be down 6 pounds.
