Same here, Ive been thinking recently how it would be nice to have like minded friends. What are your goals?
My long term goal is to lose around 100lbs. Also to build my strength. Im already down 40lbs and am stronger than ive ever been!4 -
I am looking for friends for accountability, too!. Currently have lost 16 pounds, but have to lose about 30 plus pounds, and I would like to be healthier...work in a nursing home and sit around a lot for my job so just try to stay active when I can . Just am looking for more friends to keep me on track and I want to be able to help others do the same!!!5

Best advice I can give is to set a goal each day and kick its *kitten*, next day same thing.. one day at a time adds up to success!

My goal is to 50 lbs... I’m already down 13lbs. Goal weight is 135 but will settle with 140 😁4

at this point, ill consider anything under 150 a MAJOR win. LOL

I am always up for new friends. I have 100+ pounds to lose in total but am just shooting for 50 at first. Starting at 300. Feel free to add me and we can help each other stay motivated3

I need friend’s for accountability too!! I’ve lost 25 pounds but need to lose 100 more it’s a daunting task I had the gastric sleeve in December 29th and still find it hard sticking to a life change .... anyone else need friends??2

your not only stronger, but your lifting 40lbs less everytime you stand up.
