Fitbit "exercise" in app and calories to consume. Help!

Hi,
I synced a fitbit to my fitness pal a few days ago and it's now automatically inputting my exercise.
But I'm now concerned. After I log all my food for the day I'm now left with a whole days worth of calories to consume and I'm worried I'm not eating enough.
My daily intake is 1310cal. After my exercise is logged right from my fit bit I'm still left with a surplus of 1200 cals even though I have eaten all day! Is the Fitbit counting extra things? Or am I not consuming enough throughout the day? Or is there something else to consider?
I'm so confused. I'm 214lbs currently... last week I only lost .2lbs. I thought this was going to be easy but I'm now feeling confused about nutrition and how much I'm eating!
Help!

MFP and FitBit are acting wonky ATM.
I found this.

Can you give us a few examples of calorie adjustments and what your activity (step count/walking distance and exercise) was those days?
We might be able to judge if it sounds realistic or exaggerated.0 -
I recently started using a fitbit and I am working on figuring out if my activity level is reasonable. If your activity level on MFP is too low (set as sedentary when you are active) Mfp will give you a lot more calories because they aren't already included in your calorie calculations. Also 2lbs in a week is a lot of weight loss!0
