For those readers (or the OP) who might be scared off from posting on threads because people are being joke-y here: Please don't be offended, no harm is meant. If the OP had asked a question, multiple people would've given good, clear answers long before now. Maybe still might have made jokes - humans, y'know? - but there would be sensible answers, not just jokes.
I'm more of an Epictetus gal myself, and my fave may be apposite: "People are disturbed not by things, but by the views which they take of them."6 -
