Here I go again, the difference is I will be 60 this year. I feel like it’s now or never with this pandemic.

I am working with a fitness coach through my job.. She thought if I tracked my intake of food I may have a better success with my weight loss goal...

    Yep. She is right, count your calories. Weight loss happens in the kitchen and exercise is for health and well being.

    Smart advice! I'm 70 pounds down in a year by maintaining a reasonable deficit. I'm 51 yrs old.

    Hey, hi! I started here on MFP when I was 59, too. (That was 50+ pounds and 5+ years ago.) I think your fitness coach just may be onto something. 😉
