1/11 This week was not looking good. My weight jumped to 153.0lbs a few days ago. I switched back to a carefully counted low carb diet. ❤️
1/18 On Thursday, my weight dropped to 148.0lbs. I have Friday and Saturday off. We ate out a couple times and I made better choices than I normally do (poke bowl, almond chicken w/soup, spring roll and 1 cream cheese wonton). I am at 149.5lbs today. I am hoping to pop right back to 148lbs tomorrow. Keeping it low carb under 50 grams 💜
1/25 My weekend diet is causing significant fluctuations in my diet. I am mostly reaching my goals each Thursday. My goal for this week is to be very mindful of my diet over the weekend. I am going out of town on Friday so I will have to eat out for a meal or two. I am thinking a poke bowl and a seafood vegetable soup might be good choices. I would love to see 144.5lbs on the scale this Thursday but it would be fantastic to see that on a Monday weigh in! 🖤

Any loss is a win! My scale weighs 1/8th pounds and even a 1/8th pound loss is very exciting to me!

Ugg it’s been 2 weeks and I have only lost 2 pounds. I was hoping things would move a bit faster but I’m remembering now that when I lost the weight last time it was about a pound a week. I started exercising a lot more starting yesterday and I’m interested to see what that does for me with my calorie deficit. I’m hoping to see another pound off by next week, tier 2 goal being 2 pounds. The evening/night is the worst for me, that is when I’m most likely to scarf down junk. When I feel that coming on, I find that drinking a bottle of water slows me down. It makes me feel full so the urge to overeat goes away enough for me to be able to make a better choice in food.1 -

This week's peanut butter intake was in control. Only had one sandwich. But the greek yogurt is too good!
My calories haven't been consistent. Some days I eat too little and other days I eat alot. On average I ate 100 cals below my bmr caloric needs.
I know I have it in me to go harder. I feel like if I start working out the results will come by faster

Still not convinced I'm getting down to 158 by Valentine's Day but progress is something. I just have to get there because until I get below 159 my BMI will remain in the obese category which is wholly unacceptable.
Count me in for lose 10 pounds by St. Patrick's Day. Goals are good! Hell, I'll be happy to be at or under 150 by then.3 -

If we start on the 15th, we only have 30 days between Valentines Day and St. Patty’s Day. We could do a 6 pound loss goal.
Starting weight on the 15th and then progress weights every Wednesday? Or every 3 days? Or every 6 days?

With only 30 days between V day and St Patty’s (thank you google, lol), 10 pounds would be a steep goal. I like acrylic fox’ idea of multiples of 3. What do think about doing 6 pounds for the challenge?

6 pounds seems like a lot to me but these challenges are about the magic of dreaming big right? So lets go for it!
I like the six day weigh-in's. You could always start it on the 9th Feb if you feel it needs to be longer? (I think that works out as another weigh-in... but I think 30 days is fine)
Maybe as a trophy, every time someone loses a pound they could earn a 🍀 and maybe trade 3 in at the end for a :rainbow: and 6 for a :rainbow: :pot of gold: that they can use in their MFP posts on St Paddy's day. Just an idea.0 -

let me say that this time around. I've really been enjoying eating healthier foods (most of the time), as well as my workouts!! I rarely ever dread workout day. thats a huge plus for me. Its Sunday, not Monday but I'm excited to share that im down 8 pounds. 🙌🏼
