    I started two weeks ago at 183 and have lost 3 lbs since. I am at 180 looking to break that to 179 by Saturday.

    My goal is to lose 50 lbs by the end of 2016!

    I seem to have the opposite problem, have a high metabolism and burning off everything I eat- anxiety. I don't love to cook so need inspiration for recipes. I can't eat dairy or chocolate which makes it tough to find foods with higher fat. Ideas?
