    I assume this is for people that love all kinds of bacon and not the gross kind made with pigs.

    A couple of days ago I was listening to cooking shows as I cleaned house. 2 words jumped out at me. BACON. JAM. Whaaaaat?

    Of course I had to give it a shot and made a jam with Hickory Smoked Bacon, carmelized onions, maple syrup, brown sugar, bourbon, and a touch of cayenne.

    Now I need to decide what to put it on. Cheese burger? Scallops? Prawns? All 3?
