I wear my birthday suit......the only way to get your true weight.....IMO

    Whatever I slept in the night before... usually boxers, sometime mesh basketball shorts, sometimes nothing.

    Light clothes and no shoes.

    The same as what I would wear if I stood on a scale at the doctor's.
    I don't want to tell my doctor I weigh less than their scale says. She might take pity on me and think I underestimate on my calorie intake too

    Usually Leggings under men's tracksuit pants, a long sleave top and a hoodie (I get cold at nigh so sleep in as much as I can find!)......then once a week I will weigh myself in just leggings and a tshirt and record that one.

    if i can time it right, it's right after my morning shower, so nothing. (it's also after using the bathroom but before i've had anything to eat or drink.

    Birthday suit. Doctors here don't weigh you (at least I've never been weighed by one here), so no clothes is easiest.
