Couldn’t weigh in yesterday as originally planned because we had no power for three days and had to temporarily move out.2 -
This week nearly gained back what I lost in week 1, but there are always ups and downs and I know I can bounce back! Also I wouldn’t give up the lovely dinner date my partner treated us out to for Valentine’s 💕 Here’s to a great week 3!

Slow going this week but glad for a 0.5lb loss as went off the rails on Monday and Tuesday! Luckily managed to get myself back on track and back in the mindset after realising I was falling back into old patterns! Just over a week to lose 2lbs and get to target.... Hmm not sure I'm going to make it but gives me a good incentive to get back to exercise!!!
