Dumb question, but are you eating, too?

    This isn’t a cleanse, right?
Not a dumb question, I wondered same thing,

It's fine. Just look at how much caffeine is in there and cut yourself off at... whatever the rules for that are/if you find yourself not sleeping enough or too anxious. I drink weak black decaf all day long. It's my primary water source. I don't love water. This is my compromise.

Hydration is easily determined by the colour of your urine, if it's a light yellow you're fine, too light/clear is too much, too dark is not enough.

As for overstimulating - that's for you to decide really, if you're having poor sleep or twitchy then perhaps cut back, if not then there's no need to really.

I quit all caffeine back in September - don't miss it. I get better sleep and stable energy during the day. Infrequently do I take a nap.
