Will I Lose My Breast's

I'm currently 147lbs and a 36DD. Today is the 1st day of my journey in losing weight & being healthy. I'm also starting the 30 Day Shred which I'll be doing for every day for the next 30 days, I will also include 40 Minutes of Jogging 3x a week. I was wondering will I the weight go off from my breast's. I really cannot stand them, they're a pain in the bum! Some girl from tumblr, who was 5 ft 5, 175lbs, lost 59lbs and went from a 36G/H to a 34C/D. For me, I am wanting to lose 40lbs, I'm 5 ft 4 and I'm really hoping to lose some weight in my breast, I wouldnt mind a B or C. So I'd like to know any of your stories with breasts/and weightloss, if you lost a cup size because Im worried I may go up a size. But usually when I gain weight, it usually goes to my breasts.

You should definitely lose some weight from your boobs! For me, they were the first thing I noticed when I started to lose weight.0

yes, your breast size will go down dramatically0

Everyone is different. You will lose some from your breast, but the amount you lose is different for everyone. I know I have lost a lot, but mine weren't big to begin with. I practically have nothing now. Thank goodness for a great push up bra!0

You will probably get smaller, but no one can really answer that.0

If you tend to gain there, you will likely loss there. Good luck on your journey!0

I was a 36/38 D sometimes DD now, sadly, I am a 34B/c but they keep on shrinking so I am guess when its all done I'll wear my 10yr olds training bras .......
Oh.... and this is what someone told me that her dr said... if yours are mostly made of water then they will prob shrink but some ppls are made of tissue and they most likely will not go anywhere.0 -
I lost 110# & went from a 40C/D to a 34DD!0

I have been doing this since March, I started with the 30ds and have moved onto the ripped in 30, no more trouble zones, etc. I started at 151 at 5'4", I am now 136 and only 3 pounds away from my goal weight, I went from a small D to an average C. So you will definitely lose some.0

Unfortunately, everyone is different. I don't lose any weigh in my breasts, nor do I gain there. If you said that you gained there, there's a good possibility that you will lose there too. But, you will probably just have to wait and see.0

There is no guarantee one way or the other. Most likely, if they grew as you gained weight, they will shrink as you lose weight.0

i have lost 25 lbs and my husband and mother have both mentioned i look smaller in that area... i went from d to c.0

I had a breast reduction 5 years ago - best thing I ever did. I am 5' 9" I was an E before and a D after. I was 174 before the surgery and 172 afterwards I wasn't at my ideal weight then, but now I am nearing it - I'm at 157 today. The surgeon made my breast both same size - they were slightly lopsided before. But just last night I was noticing they might be different sizes again. I haven't gotten a new bra in a while but I think I'll be looking in C cup range next time. So yes, I you would lose some weight in your boobs. Once you get to your ideal weight you could consider a reduction surgery if they still bother you.0

You want to lose 40 lbs??? If you are indeed 5'4", that will put you to 107 lbs, which is underweight. I think your weight loss goal is a bit too drastic.
As for your breasts, mainly what others said. I am also 5'4" and when I was 230 lbs, wore 40DD. I am now 134 lbs and wear a measly 36B. You never know.0 -
Sadly i'm finding just the opposite, i'm losing inches in other places but not my breasts. being a FF/G i really want them to reduce too, my sister lost loads of weight and ended up having a reduction so she'd look in proportion, I'll be doing the same if i can afford to. Don't let it put you off your weight loss goal, generally you will lose some off them, you may be lucky and lose loads, i think it genetic in my family...0

Yep definitely got smaller. At my heaviest I was a 38D cup but I was also breastfeeding. Now I am a 34B cup near my goal weight.0

I lost about 40 before I started MFP and mine went from a big C to a big B/sometime C depending on brand. My boobs were about the last place affected though. Everyone is different and loses in different orders. If that is the first place you gain that will definitely be a big place where you lose but possibly not the first.0

I lost some in the bandwidth (from 34 to 32) but didn't lose anything in my cup size, oddly enough. And I wish that I would!! LOL0
-
I've only lost 13 pounds so far and nearly a whole cup size - unlike you, I really liked the size I had before so I'm bummed LOL - I never had boobs til I got fat So I'd say almost definitely you will lose some of them - but they will not be as firm as they are now, bummer0
-
nope, i meant around 40lbs, i want to lose 34lbs which is normal weight.0

I started at 160lbs and a 38DD I am now 139lbs and a 36DD. MY cup size has not changed at all only the bandwidth. I still ill the cups as always.
This was a big worry of mine too0 -
As I have been looking through these posts I have noticed ppl saying I only went down in band size my cup size did not change. However if you check out this link .... http://www.biggerbras.com/maria/bras-sister-sizing.shtml ..... It will tell you that the cup "volume" changes as you go up and down in band sizes. Therefor a 34 C holds one VOLUME size breast and a 36 C holds another. Just some FYI information I found informational. I wear a 36 B or a 34 C. Go down a band size go up a cup size.0

I have tried my next cup size down equivalent and it does NOT work. The band is too loose.0 -
Yep, say bye bye to the gazongas0

you will lose some boobage but how much is hard to say because it depends on your genes. What I can say tho is that when I lost weight (about 20lbs) my boobs shrunk quite a bit and I thought I would be happy, cuz it'd be easier to run and tops would fit better, but I just really missed having a big chest, even tho i was healthier and thinner.0

I've only lost 14 pounds so far and I can already tell they are getting smaller. Thank God because D's get in the way of everything.0
