I want to motivate myself to log on and complete my diary every day, does anyone want to become friends on here for some support?

Over 21 days ago I started my 100 day challenge. In short to monitor and manage all my calorie intake. I added a goal to not eat bread or drink alcohol. I find putting a deadline on a project helps keeps you focussed. You are welcome to add me as a friend - perhaps you can start a 75 day challenge and we can celebrate completing it together ?1

Add me here. I am just starting and logging my charts. I have a goal to shed 25 lbs in 2 months. I had lost over 10 lbs months couple of months ago and regained again after I stopped keeping track my activities and diets. Joining here will keep me motivated to achieve goals faster and stay fit. Yes, I need motivation...I'm new to this and logging my diary maintaing consistent in healthy eating and excise is the only way I will be able to reach my goals but also build on living the life I want to live which is a happy, long and energetic one. And often I can give up on myself when I don't have support so yes yes let's support each other... please add me...
