I just joined today and am hopeful that using MFP will be a success.

Welcome! You'll feel a bit overwhelmed at first with all the calorie logs you have to do but you'll get used to it in no time. Dont discourage yourself if your weight plays yo-yo, thats normal! You can do it!!2

Welcome! Once I got the hang of MFP it was what pushed me past where I usually would quit. It’s an excellent tool 😁2
