Healthy Chocolate
I was looking through yoga videos on youtube and actually came across this. Not sure how it actually tastes or... well, really anything about any of the ingredients but I figured I would share for you chocolate lovers!

try really dark chocolate with chili peppers. Hot (spicy) food has been proven to kick start your metabolism and dark chocolate is (at least in my mind) far more satisfying than milk chocolate.0

I find dark chocolate to be much more satisfying too. If I am craving chocolate and grab a milk chocolate bar I can eat the whole thing (or 2...oops) without feeling satisfied, but usually one or two pieces of dark will do the trick (for FAR fewer calories)0

Well dark chocolate basically contains not sugar whereas white chocolate basically consists of sugar. I love dark chocolate especially with a good glass of red wine.0
