Progress so far...

Good morning all!

Just realised that I’ve been using this app for some time and haven’t even posted in the forums!

I used to train a lot until about 7 years ago (settled down, had kids etc...) and my weight crept up as it can do.

At my heaviest I was 14stone 11lbs a couple of years ago and I managed to bring that down a bit but never did a proper cut.

So 13 weeks ago, I started back in the gym and sorted out my eating habits.

Going to take it to 16 weeks and then gradually build back up to maintenance and then start a slight surplus along with my weight training to add a bit more muscle. (Which I know can come with a raise in body fat but I will do a gradual bulk still making sensible choices)

I’ve lost over a stone so far and my body fat is now under 25% so going in the right direction.

I’ve found I have more energy and overall my health is miles better so can play with my kids without being out of breath!

Anyway... that’s me!
