Thank you both!!! It was by a complete stranger who just felt the need to come over to me at the gym and tell me he thought I had too much weight on the bar 🤯 I said “I appreciate your concern” nicely with a smile and all and that’s when he decided to tell me his opinion 🙄. I’m ok with it but it’s that opinionated crap, that I think scares others from going to the gym, so that part of it annoys me.3 -

Those type of people give the gym a bad rap...there is a lady at one of the gyms I go to that seems to critique every move I make, just stares at me with these judging eyes. And one day after I showed my wife how to use the Smith Machine for squats this lady was watching and literally RAN over to my wife while she was squatting to tell her that she was doing it wrong...c'mon lady...back up already5 -

Totally. I can appreciate “mom bod” being that I’m a mom to 5 and can understand the extra hurdles that sometimes go along with that. But...I’m ALL FOR bods of every kind, regardless of gender, parental status etc.5 -
