Marching forward after a stressful February without electricity & water for half of it. My goals this month are to eat as healthfully as possible and get in 30 min of structured exercise every day, and work on stress management techniques.3 -

Not ideal but I’ll start 3/10 “officially.” I was going really well with weight loss until 2-3 weeks ago and then, I started binging, plus Wednesdays are weigh days. So, I need about a week to get myself together with some healthier habits then, be “official” to prepare me mentally before hitting the scale again
