Not ideal but I’ll start 3/10 “officially.” I was going really well with weight loss until 2-3 weeks ago and then, I started binging, plus Wednesdays are weigh days. So, I need about a week to get myself together with some healthier habits then, be “official” to prepare me mentally before hitting the scale again

Real name Mike, I am 61. Lost a lot of weight on MFP at one time, and spent the last two years practicing a discipline known as "intuitive eating." Which is another way of saying I gained all the weight back.
Personals: married to my best friend for 39 years this month, reside in Virginia, T-2 diabetic which both makes weight control harder and more critically necessary. Have been seeking a low key challenge here, and this looks to be the ticket.
