Real name Mike, I am 61. Lost a lot of weight on MFP at one time, and spent the last two years practicing a discipline known as "intuitive eating." Which is another way of saying I gained all the weight back.
Personals: married to my best friend for 39 years this month, reside in Virginia, T-2 diabetic which both makes weight control harder and more critically necessary. Have been seeking a low key challenge here, and this looks to be the ticket.

Hey everyone! I was away visiting family last weekend and I left the scales I use there. I have another set and I don't trust them so I'm going to wait and get new ones. I'll be back with my weigh in next week. I lost 4 lbs with the February challenge so it did help, but I'm hoping to lose a little more in March
