I'd like to have a little higher percentage of success this month. Last month no LNS 82% of the time so I'm shooting for at least 85% this month. Let's do this thing, friends!
You can do it!!!

I made sure to eat a couple smaller things in the late afternoon/evening and have another small snack before I left for hockey. Met my calorie goal, didn't snack when I got home - SUCCESS! I drank more water yesterday than usual too, not sure if that's related.2 -

It's 10:28pm and I'm still hungry.
But I'm doing accounting work, so I can't just go to sleep to ride out the hunger.
Ugh2 -
Just interjecting here to pass on something that may help someone who may have binging issues at night. For many eating is a habitual behavior. Changing behavior does take time, but you don't have to entirely change it all the time. It's NOT wrong to eat late at night. The body doesn't designate late night eating as the reason to weight gain. It's still all about overall calories. If you enjoy eating at night (I do and eat up till 11:30pm) then just be sure you have the calories to spare. Leave yourself 300 or more calories after dinner. Now you can still eat and still lose weight. I get that this is a challenge, but there's no need to suffer through weight loss and actually hate doing it. Because it just makes it that much easier to regain weight if you ever decide you're tired of doing it that way.
If you decide you want to eat without late eating the rest of your life, that's okay too. Just be sure that's the way you'll continue to avoid weight regain. If the OP or others don't find this helpful, I'll gladly delete it.
