    That could be a good place to find (or create) some motivation. I'm in a little older demographic (65), mostly hanging out here to maintain a healthy weight and stay active now, after losing with with MFP.

    You can be 50+ and strong. At 57 I'm in better shape than a lot of guys half my age. But it does take discipline and attention to detail as well as hard work.
