Ultimate Goal Weight:165lbs OG, but this is the longest and most consistent I’ve ever been trying to lose weight so I’d like to have a future goal of 150lbs.

Total loss for March: I made a better effort the first part of this week, and the second vaccine put me off my chow and made my body work harder for a day or two. That helped me take off about a pound, so it's a good start to March.6 -
