Well, only a quarter pound down from 2/28, but my trend weight has gone from 174.4 to 172.9 in that time and I've had a couple dips into the 171 (77 kg) range. I haven't been hydrating well these past couple of days. Our septic is getting repaired so that means driving to a public restroom or my brother's home and I find myself avoiding water.10 -

Real name Mike, I am 61. Lost a lot of weight on MFP at one time, and spent the last two years practicing a discipline known as "intuitive eating." Which is another way of saying I gained all the weight back.
Personals: married to my best friend for 39 years this month, reside in Virginia, T-2 diabetic which both makes weight control harder and more critically necessary. Have been seeking a low key challenge here, and this looks to be the ticket.
