So I painted last night until late, and I ran yesterday... I really probably should have ate something but I didn't, so win?
Also, and this might be taboo, I'm thinking I'm moving to a "maintain weight" mode. I'm actually pretty happy with how I look (learning to love the curves!) and I kind of am waiting to see how I level out for the summer.3 -

Another successful night of hockey with no needless snacking after! I ate over my calories by forgetting to log an afternoon snack but I'm fine with this. I also drank an insane amount of water as I get ready for my final weigh in for the body fat % loss challenge I'm doing at the gym. Not sure which part of it allowed me to not be hungry after hockey but I'll take the win!2 -

March 9 - . (Damn those Biscoff cookies!). Note to self, “NEVER bring the entire bag to the couch!” At least I only ate 1/2? Ha!

I think the people who are able to get back on track after 1+ LNS are great.
After I slip with 1 LNS, I seriously fall off the wagon completely.
Let's see if I can finish this month without anymore LNS.
