    Hi there. I'm 55, diabetic,tried a week on plant based after camplobacter put me off meat. I lost absolutely nothing. If anyone has a minute to check my meals and tell me where I went wrong id appreciate it so much.

    Hey y’all! I am 44 (I will be on Saturday lol) I live in MI but will be moving back to TN in June (hurry up June!) I had gastric sleeve surgery in January 2020 and I have lost over 100lbs. I workout 5 days a week lifting, yoga and cardio. I want to start an anabolic journey so I can shred these last 12 pounds and then tone it up. I am hoping to find people who can help on this journey and who we can encourage one another!!
