    Hi friends. Good luck to all of you in your March weight loss journey!

    March Start Weight: 225
    March Goal Weight: 216
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 210ish

    Mar 1: 225
    Mar 8: 221 Drank over the weekend and it took 4 days for the scale to return to normal!
    Mar13: 219.4 back on track

    Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    February 27 (March Starting Weight): - 156.2 (10-day average 155.2)
    March goal - 148
    Ultimate goal - Range between 142 - 148

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    February 27: 156.2 (10-day average 155.2)
    March 6: 151.4 (10-day average 154.0)
    March 13: 152.6 (10-day average 153.2)

    Total loss for March: About two pounds based on average. I think I may have finally stopped the slow gain that started in October. I managed to slow it down/stop it in November, but didn't come back down. Then another slow gain from mid-December until mid-January, then mostly held stable but not back down... until NOW! Yay.
