My MFP daily calorie goal is 1200 and it seems like I’ve gotten in a flow with it. This past week meal prep really helped - even though I had a lot of similar meals they were things I like.
This upcoming week is my daughter’s birthday so I’m planning that. There will be cake. And maybe sushi. Will be a nice treat to celebrate with her.8 -
