Getting Started and Ready to be Diligent

Hi There!!! I have used MFP in the past but took a break, am back and am wanting to be more diligent with my Weight Loss Journey and Helathy Lifestyle. Currently am focusing on Calorie Counting, and improving my Exercise goal by trying to walk more each day. Currently have lost about 20 pounds and am at a plateau right now that I can't seem to shake out of. Any advice would be gladly taken and appreciated!!! Also, am looking for accountability friends in the process 😀. Thank you all for reading this post and best wishes to everyone!!!
