Stuck in Ketosis even when consuming mucho carbs ?

Anyone have any ideas what could cause this? I am not complaining by any means... but I am just curious. I have been consuming easily 150 carbs a day. Around 50 or so of those carbs are fiber. A majority of it soluble. Could that be it? I don't really eat all the carbs at once, and very little of it is sugar. Just what is in the tomato juice.
I do strength train 3 days, then 1 day off for heavy cardio, repeat.
Consuming roughly 150 carbs, 350 or so protein and 30 or so fat. Some days the protein is a little higher but that's a minimum. About 50 of the carbs are consumed prior and after workouts.
I've been in ketosis for a few weeks now. No issues. Just fat loss and funky breath ( cured by chewing parsley... don't give me those funny looks )
I thought for sure I would be knocked out of it today as yesterday I kinda went overboard on purpose and ate roughly 60 whole carbs all at once prior to bed.
Didn't work.

I Have no idea why that would be.
Are you trying to get out of ketosis? I can go up to about 50 and stay in, but 150 is pretty high!0 -
Well, eventually I would like to. I'm just really wondering what I could be doing that's allowing me to sustain it with such a high intake.0

How are you measuring your ketones?

I use sticks. Though, I've been in and out of it enough in the past that I can pretty much tell right way when I'm in it.0

if most of the carbs are low GI like green veg and stuff the actual glucose load can be pretty small0

Make sure to to look at the expiration date on the dip sticks and also that they haven't gone bad due to over exposure to humidity in the air.0

Most of my carbs are from these sources
Cottage Cheese
Carbmaster Yogurts
Campbells Tomato Juice
Special K Cracker Chips
Pita Crisps from Sam's Club
Broccoli
Asparagus
Zucchini
Walnuts
Peanuts
Not really a question of if I am in it or not. I know when I am in Ketosis. The stix have always been kinda crappy when it comes to measuring anyways because I drink 2+ gallons of water a day so I flush the ketones out constantly. Only time I ever get a reading is when I first wake up. Been consistently in the 3rd level /shrug0 -
some people can stick to under 100g of carbs per day and still be in ketosis. you seem to be one of those people. if 50 or so grams are coming from insoluble fiber, you can basically not count those. you're probably also depleting your glycogen stores through your strength training.1

The person who posted the question hasn’t been around since 2015, so I guess we’ll never know, but I imagine he does by now! 😂1
