*** I really blew it calorie wise for the first time this month, but at least I cut it off at my LNS cutoff time. Interesting how that was automatic, but NOT cutting off the eating earlier before the damage was done! Hmmm...😬2 -

We're moving our warehousing to a new space and I'm the project manager. Yesterday was the start of the move and we got it all finished yesterday (when it was supposed to be a two day job), so I decided to celebrate beyond the 8 PM cut-off. But goodness I'm suffering for it this morning!!!1 -

That's been the past week for me. And it becomes a mindset quickly when you know you won't be eating - it's like a switch!1 -

*This is just a guess now since I've missed a couple days posting, shoot. I had a women's hockey tournament this weekend and could definitely tell I needed more calories. I allowed myself to eat more but also made sure they were quality calories. The team went out to dinner on Saturday night and I had exactly what I had planned to have. Then I was at our home rink last night working all the adult league games and again could tell I needed a little more calories but stuck to my plan! It's almost like this thing is getting easier as I do it more and keep planning ahead.... huh.2 -
